yeah i know the info will come, just good to bounce it around with others who have been before
Aye, didn't mean to sound abrupt with my previous reply, sorry mate!!!
In previous years, Seetickets have sent the tickets out with pleny of time to spare, although Australia is a good bit further away from Scotland so I can't vouch for them over that distance.
There are various gigs and events outwith the main festival which take place over the week. Details will be on the main site in plenty of time.
This year, the biggest gigs outwith the main event will be the concerts at the ArC De Triumf . Last year these where at the Poble Espanyol. The Arc De Triumf is very central and has a metro station well within walking distance. It is on the red line as far as I can remember. There will be gigs on there Wednesday and Sunday.
There are various other smaller gigs in venues across the city throughout the week. Check the website for details.
There is usually a Prima closing night party which takes place in the Apolo club you mention. I've been to the Apolo once but not for the closing night at Prima. Check the Prima website or the Apolo's own website on how to get there. It won't be difficult.
Collecting wristbands is usually fairly straightforward although there will be queues depending on when you go to collect.
Feel free to ask any further questions on the festival or city of Barcelona
